Hennecke offers a broad range of slabstock
production systems. Our slabstock plants are suitable for all
applications: whether standard foams, CFC-free and methylene-chloride-free
foams, hypersoft, high load, high resilient, CMHR or indeed speciality
products such as viscoelastic or filter foams.
Discontinuous
lines Discontinuously operating systems, which involve lower
investment costs, are typically used for making smaller quantities of high-grade
foams on polyether basis.
Continuous lines
The entire range of ether and/or ester based flexible PU
slabstock can be manufactured on continuously operating systems. A major purchase
decision factor for many manufacturers is that "follow-up" costs are particularly
low.
Special technologies
Hennecke technologies ensure compliance with exacting fire
safety regulations, provide enhanced raw-material yields and optimise
the production of foams with densities below 20 kg/m³ etc.
