Optimised technology boosts raw material yield
Bottom conveyors and movable side conveyors plus their synchronization with the cover sheet system have a substantial impact on raw material yields. As does the nature and shape of the block top surface.

Superior rectangular blocks
Yield improvement over the conventional domed-block method is not all - the resulting blocks are also more homogeneous in terms of density and hardness distribution. They are smooth all around and their useful height is increased.

The flat-topper essentially consists of:
Top paper wind-off and cutting device
Top paper guide platform (customer-supplied)
Calibrating system (beaver dam)
Approx. 8 flat-topper mats
Press-down roller
Top paper wind-up device (for installation on a customer-supplied plat­form at the end of the foaming line)
Control cabinet
