AEROMAT gas loading system
Gas loading of the polyol compo-nents is
indispensable in RIM and RRIM processes and rigid integral skin
foam processing. The tech-nology is also becoming increas-ingly
widespread with other PU systems to improve miscibility and
cell structure properties.

PENTAMAT and DELTAMAT pre-mixing systems
Our PENTAMAT unit is an auto-nomous solution
providing leak-free automatic metering of polyol with pentane
and other CFC subs-titutes at a constant, presettable mixing
ratio. Our DELTAMAT type is available for low-boiling, soft
blow-ing agents.

Colour metering
For adding one or more colours, Hennecke
off-ers colour metering units based on gear pump or in-line
piston pump de-signs, as well as variants of the
- MX and MQ mix-head.
