AEROMAT - effective prevention of sink marks
The dwell pressure created by gas loading prevents the formation of sink marks during the reaction. The resul-ting benefits are obvious - fewer rejects, less rework and clearly improved efficiency.

 		 

Fine gas dispersion
Apart from the amount of gas intro-duced into the raw material, the uniform distribution of the gas par-ticles is a key quality parameter. This is where our purpose-built gas loading stirrer comes into its own.

No loss of blowing agent, continu-ous pressure compensation
The piston compressor feeding the gas into the gas compartment in-troduces no extraneous air into the system. This results in a perma-nently pressure-equalized state and prevents the loss of blowing agent.

Easy retrofitting
The autonomous AEROMAT unit can be connected to any standard work tank. It can thus be easily retrofitted on your system.


Precise gas load control
Setpoint values are constant-ly maintained throughout a 5 to max. 70% gas load range (depending on raw material properties and work tank pressure).

Intelligent control, user-friendly operation
 The operator merely has to enter the density of the unloa-ded component and the de-sired gas loading rate. Everything else is done fully automatically by the control system. Based on a smart software, the term "self-learning control" is used for this automation concept.
