From under 20 g to 5000 g
Six sizes cover all output ranges, from under 20 g to 5000 g of mixture per second, for metering between 2 and 6 components.

 
Continuously variable mixing ratio
The polyol-to-isocyanate mixing ratio (A:B) is continu-ously variable on these units. TopLine HK machines are built in 1:1 and 2:1 versions to ensure that the metering pumps and mixheads will perform close to their optimum.

Wide selection of mixheads
Depending on application needs, Hennecke offers MX, MT, MQ and ML series mixheads for its TopLine HK machi-nes. The MX type shown here is a standard mixhead covering very typical applications.
Special HK applications
The HK-F for processing fillers or the HK-H (see image) for processes involving high processing temperatures are special TopLine HK types. Please contact us for more information.
