The choice for RIM and RRIM applications Designed to achieve the specified shot weight
with a single metering stroke, RIMDOMAT units are particularly
well suited for the production of moulded parts. By adding a
FiberFlex subassembly it becomes possible to vary filler
contents between shots.

automotive interiors and bodies
The range of RIMDOMAT
applica-tions extends from the production of glass or mineral
fibre-reinforced thin-walled exterior trim components to
melamine-containing seat cush-ions, automotive interior
insulating elements and processes involving the use of
recycled materials in powder form.
Special features HT machines are also suitable for processing
synthetic resins accor-ding to the RTM method (Resin Transfer
Moulding) and offer inte-resting advantages here, for ex-ample
they can be adapted to nu-merous different requirements etc.

Control system
Each RIMDOMAT system comes with an
operator-controlled elec-tronic control system providing
user-friendly program data input functions, variable foaming
pro-grams, error diagnostics, pro-cess data acquisition/
monitor-ing, and high flexibility based on a digital
pre-selection of diverse parameters.
