MT - for low shot weights
This type is particularly suitable for
ClearRIM
processes and very small automotive or electrical parts. The
piston-cleaned MT mixhead is used in both long-shot and
shot-to-shot applications to achieve shot weights of as little
as 2 g.

ML - the "fly-weight" for difficult
injection positions
Purged by a blast of compressed air, these
hand-held mixheads are ideal for rigid insulating foam
applications including sandwich elements, pipe insulations and
refrigerated appliances. Its variable outlet tube design and
low weight make this mixhead type particularly suitable for use
in difficult injection positions. The ML is also qualified for
pentane
processing.

MN - for RIM and
RRIM applications
This straight-type add-on mixhead is
typically employed in the production of automotive body parts,
baryte-filled noise insulating elements and unfilled systems.
It is characterized by an armoured piston and mixing chamber
and high resistance to abrasive materials. With possible
piston lubrication and full separation between hydraulic and
component systems, it is particularly suitable for being used
in very tough operating conditions.
