A diverse range of customised mould-carrier operating equipment
The purpose of mould carriers, which can be
positioned stationary or which are integrated into a conveyor
system, is to hold the actual foaming mould. Mould carriers may
come with different operating solutions, such as mechanical,
pneumatic, hydraulic or electro-motive types. Click

SM and
SSH mould-carriers.

SV type-series
SV mould-carriers are locked at the front by
means of a spring-loaded hook system. This is a successful
field-proven design that can be adapted to a host of different
requirements.
Actuation can be:
 |
hydraulic
|
 |
electrical |
 |
mechanical
|
|
|
|
Fields of application
Moulds from this series are typically used in
large-scale production, i.e. car seats or backrests, sound
absorption parts etc. |
|

|
SVH type-series
SVH mould-carriers are based on hydraulic closing action, which
means that wider mould carriers can be used and that greater
forces can be absorbed. Moulds will be locked at the front by
hooks. |
| |
Fields of application
These mould carriers are suitable for making small to medium-size
moulded parts, where greater locking forces are required as is
the case in ClearRIM processes and small RIM or RRIM parts. |
