In co-operation with PU processing businesses, Hennecke has developed and built a number of advanced recycling technologies.

Roller crusher
 Roller crushing is a method, in which unmixed (pure) flexible-foam cuttings or production waste are processed into a fine powder, also called regrind. The end particles have a size of about 100 µm. Hennecke's roller crushing process is a patented solution that is based on purpose-designed equipment such as roller mills, sieving systems and conveyors.

Moulded parts with up to 30 % recycled powder content
Same Part Technology (SPT) - shown on the left - is a method, by which up to 30 % of recycled powder (in relation to the polyol content) is returned to the manufacturing process of flexible-foam moulded parts. The solid PU particles are integrated homogeneously into the cell structure of the foam.
