With its PUR-CSM technology, Hennecke has developed a
field-proven production concept covering the most diverse PU spray
technologies.
Hennecke's tried and tested spray technology is the core element of all
technology variants - no matter whether long or endless fibre reinforced
components or compound mouldings made of filled or unfilled PU systems are
produced. The user will obtain excellent spraying quality, including novelties
like the self-cleaning spray nozzle.
In addition, components manufactured using the PUR-CSM technology are
characterized by outstanding properties in terms of process engineering. They
are lightweight while featuring high load-bearing capacity, selectively
sound-absorbing or fire-retardant. Even a combination of the various
technologies is possible because the CSM process relies on one and the same
machine design. The specific advantages of the individual production methods
are ideally united in a component. Processors will thus achieve maximum economic
efficiency.
