The Hennecke PUR-CSM method also allows the processing of
barite-filled PU systems. Special raw material systems such as Bayflex® SP of
Bayer MaterialScience AG are used with great success in the manufacture of
sound and vibration absorbing products for automotive applications (PUR-CSM
Bayflex®).
The advantages of sprayed-on heavy layers are, for example, lower investment in
equipment and targeted, material-efficient control of the acoustic properties.
