Similar to Transfer systems, TransFlex
production lines can be used for making products that come in
different designs in an econo-mically efficient manner. They are
also particularly suitable for products where two PU processes
need to be performed successively such as back-foamed inner door
panels.

Automatically guided vehicles
TransFlex lines are equipped with intelligent
automatically guided vehicles that carry the moulds. These mould
carriers travel on a modular track and reach different processing
destinations through a shunt systems. TransFlex production lines
are fully automatic, process-controlled systems with complete
visualization.
