NovaFlex® - A technology for flexible slabstock on the basis of CO2
NovaFlex® is a patented process that was developed by Hennecke and Bayer to produce high-quality flexible foam blocks. By now, this technology has become a success story all over the world. Utilising natural CO2 as an environmentally compatible alternative blowing agent, this technology is not only in operation on many Hennecke machines in Europe and overseas but has been retrofitted on machines that were originally made by other manufacturers.

PPT technology for CFC and HFC-free applications with zero ODP
Hennecke's Pentane Process Technology (PPT) for the safe use of the inflammable but environ-mentally compatible pentane as a blowing agent represented a breakthrough in insulating foam applications for a great range of end products. Having no ozone depletion potential, PPT has so far been used for insulating refrigerators, deep freezers, refrigerated display units, sandwich panels, district heating pipes and in the form of semi-rigid integral-skin foam for manufacturing steering wheels etc.

NovaFlex®-MultiFill MultiFill closes a gap in the market
Another example of state-of-the-art technology is Hennecke's NovaFlex®-MultiFill system. The technology allows manufacturers to achieve superior NovaFlex® CO2 foam quality in conjunction with fillers, both in online or batch-type production.

ClearRIM - clear coatings for fine surfaces
Coating decorative parts in vehicle interiors to date was a time-consuming, labour-intensive process. This is no longer the case with Hennecke's ClearRIM technology that offers crystal-clear cost cuttings.
