A future in the PU industry
Hennecke assumes responsibility. Providing
apprenticeships and advanced vocational training to young
people is an integral part of our corporate philosophy.
Hennecke offers interesting jobs in an innovative company
manufacturing machinery and equipment for the polyurethane
industry. In recent years, we have trained an average of 40
(!) young people in various trades and professions each
year. Usually this figure is further augmented by about 5
apprentices from other companies which lack certain
training capabilities.
We also co-operate closely with the
Bonn
Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg College of Applied Sciences
and a number of training institutions that offer a
co-operative program in engineering/mechanical
engineering/mechatronics in parallel with an industrial
apprenticeship. Hennecke's trainees regularly top the list
of regional vocational examination results. We are proud to
note that the Commendation Award of the Society of
Supporters of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg College of Applied
Sciences for the best graduate thesis in 2003 went to a
Hennecke GmbH trainee enrolled in the cooperative engineer
training program.
