design
LinFlex systems use mobile foaming fixtures, which do not have on-board operating elements. All handling, loading and unloading operations are carried out at a central station and filling with PU reaction mixture takes place at a different foaming station. During curing, the compact-design foaming fixtures can be parked separately.
Space savings of up to 30 % LinFlex systems need up to 30% less floor-space than conventional systems of similar type. To some extent, this is due to the space-saving method in which the compact foaming fixtures are parked.
User-friendly foaming fixture changes Another great benefit of Hennecke's LinFlex system is that the foaming fixtures can be changed quickly and easily from one refrigerator model to another. The relevant new dimensions can be set quickly and accurately at a separate changing station.
Pentane processing Hennecke offers complete sys-tems
for processing environ-mentally compatible raw-mate-rial
systems that use pentane
as a blowing agent. These systems all come with
TÜV certificates. The advantage of LinFlex
is that all pentane-related functions are bundled
at the foaming station / associated degassing station.
