Variable number of mould carriers available
RotaMat systems can come with either 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 mould carriers. The number depends on the desired output rate and other aspects. A RotaMat has a horizontal axis around which the mould carriers are rotated in clock-pulse motion.


 
Good accessibility
The long side of a mould carrier faces the operator so that he can quickly and easily insert or remove parts, which is particularly significant when several doors are foamed in one mould. Cleaning is also much easier.
 

Space-saving layout
RotaMats require less space because of their compact design.

 

Compatible for CFC-free production
As an option, RotaMats come in a version compatible for the use of pentane or 245 fa as blowing agents.

Open mould foaming
Raw-material input will be lower due to an optimum pre-distribution of the PU mixture. Closed-mould foaming is also feasible as an alternative.
  Plain production process
Automation is limited to the essential functions. The operator does not have to battle with overly complex operating sequences.
