processing methods for using eco-friendly blowing agents
such as pentane (PPT technology) and natural CO2 (NovaFlex®

GrindFlex
With our
GrindFlex technology, homogeneous trimmings from PU
slabstock production can be continuously returned into the
manufacturing process in the form of a fine regrind.

ReboTec is a
process that allows flexible foam flakes to be recycled
economically by compressing them into round or rectangular
rebonded foam blocks.
