Hennecke tank farms and container
stations are designed in compliance with chemical industry
regulations and conform to the German safety and
environmental regulations for handling chemical raw
materials: Technical Inspectorate (TÜV), Regulations on
Facilities Handling Substances Dangerous to Water (VAWS),
Regulations on Inflammable Liquids (VbF), Water Management
Act (WHG), Technical Regulations for Pressure Vessels (TRB),
Technical Rules on Inflammable Liquids (TRBF) etc.

Container tank farms
Container tank
farms for both polyol and isocyanate may be stationary or
mobile and are suitable for outdoor and indoor
installation.

PU tank farms
Designed to
be supplied on tank trucks, our PU tank farms are
available in a variety of combinations and types. Thanks
to the use of selected standardized systems, each
configuration meets very exacting requirements.

Pentane tank farms
Pentane tank farms are installed
outside the production facility. Needless to say,
these systems meet very high safety standards,
e.g., through integra-tion into Hennecke's PPT
safety concept.

IBC handling
The
raw-material needs of small and medium-sized companies
can be efficiently met by IBC handling systems.
Hennecke-supplied installa-tions are in full compliance
with the German Water Management Act. Equipped
with a bottom trough and overflow and/or leakage
prevention technology, they are available either
with electrically or pneumatically operated pumps
and valves.
