Hennecke GmbH - machines and plants for polyurethane processing
Continuously growing demand
Insulating sandwich panels that are made of a polyurethane core with profiled metal facings on both sides are also known as metal composite elements. These are used to a growing extent in the construction industry, i.e. in industrial buildings and halls, refrigerated and deep-freeze storage facilities as well as offices and residential buildings.

Discontinuous sandwich production
The discontinuous production method is particularly suitable for making small volumes or customised shapes.
Continuous sandwich production
CONTIMATs, which are continuously operating laminators or double conveyors, are the most significant production method for making metal composite elements, e.g. with two metal facings and a rigid PU-insulating core or with a mineral-wool insulation centre.

Special technologies
Hennecke's TwinHead technology means an elimination of expensive production downtimes and our VarioCast system ensures an optimisation of discontinuous manufacturing processes by drastically reducing mould cycle times.
