Multiple-daylight presses
Sandwich elements that measure up to
about 1.5 m in width and up to 6 m in length are predominantly
made on multi-daylight presses. This is a highly efficient and
econo-mically effective method because one cycle produces
several sand-wich panels. |

Presses with feed tables
This type of press is suitable for
making sandwich panels measu-ring up to 1.5 x 12 m (w x l). They
come in versions 1+1 and 2 + 2, with the figures referring to
the number of feed shuttles used. A typical production sequence
entails that one panel (or 2) cures inside the press while
another one (or 3rd plus 4th) will be prepared outside at the
same time.

PanelFoamer
PanelFoamers are designed for
manufacturing very large sand-wich panels, as for example used in
truck superstructures. A PanelFoamer has self-arresting
jackscrew elements to absorb the required high clamping forces.
Another advantage of this machine is that different element
thicknesses can be realised automatically by preselecting the
relevant program.

RotaMat
Smaller-size elements can be produced
in a cost-effective manner on Hennecke's RotaMat. The moulds
keep rotating around a system axis with the mould carrier
getting tilted into its horizontal position when it is due for
being filled with PU mixture.
