CONTIMAT inlet section
Uncoiling stations, profiling machines
and quick-change cassettes for fast profile changes are part of
the CONTIMAT's inlet section.

CONTIMAT centre section
This is the heart of Hennecke's
CONTIMAT and includes a TwinHead foaming portal, a light-weight
high-pressure mixhead with VarioControl, and an AEROMAT-OL
gas-loading system.

CONTIMAT outlet section
This section consists of cooling
zone, stacker (with vacuum suction devices to protect panel
surfaces) and packaging system.

Automation
The CONTIMAT's control system offers
a great number of different advantages, for example high output
rates, safety of operation, reliable reproducibility with a low
amount of labour input, etc.
