Cutting sequence calculation for an optimum utilisation of the cooling section, either
according to the product processor's requirements or in line with the stack arrangement. |
 |
The master computer is responsible for timely data exchanges with the profiling system,
prompting the correct formulation plus associated mixhead travel distance, cutting data
specifications for the cutting machine, and element tracking in the cooling and stacking
section. |

(PDA) Process data acquisition
The acquisition and documenta-tion of process data,
including error messages, are essential functions of the
control system. The PDA system records and manages all
quality-related data such as flow rates, mixing ratios,
raw-material temperatures and pressures.
