From upgrading to a three-component system and integrating additive stations to asynchronous operation of up to four mixheads for minimized downtime, it offers maximum flexibility. The COLOURLINE complements the portfolio where fast color changes are required in surface finishing applications.

The high-pressure metering system for HP-RTM, CLEARRIM, and CLEARMELT applications: a compact, mobile, and crane-liftable frame design, a self-cleaning mixhead without flushing cycles, and processing of polyurethane and epoxy systems as standard. An energy-efficient heating concept with only 1.5 kW/h consumption as part of the Blue Intelligence technology platform.

COLOURLINE
The high-pressure metering machine for rapid color changes in surface finishing applications: MULTI-CONNECT technology separates isocyanate and polyol color components into independent units. A color change takes less than 15 minutes, requires no flushing or cleaning, and can be performed by a single operator. The parking station conditions up to seven color modules simultaneously.
