An Overview of Our ELASTOLINE Product Series
The ELASTOLINE product series covers the full spectrum of elastomer processing – from tried-and-tested low-pressure standard solutions for MDI- and TDI-based systems to specialized machines for demanding NDI materials and high-pressure systems that eliminate material waste and purging losses.
-
ELASTOLINE F
The low-pressure solution for cast elastomers based on MDI and TDI raw material systems. Features include a modular metering line design, tank capacities of up to 320 liters, variable- frequency-controlled drives, and efficient hot-air temperature control for both tanks and pumps.

-
ELASTOLINE V
The specialized low-pressure machine for NDI-based systems such as Vulkollan®. It features double-walled material tanks, insulated individual enclosures for tanks and metering pumps, processing temperatures of up to 130°C, and an interface for connection to an external NDI reactor. The system is specifically designed for reliable processing of thermally demanding materials.

-
ELASTOLINE HP
The high-pressure solution for elastomer processing. Its piston-cleaned mixhead operates without solvents, with neither material lead-off nor flushing losses. The system can be integrated with closed molds to produce finished parts ready for sale without additional post-processing. Output performance of up to 1,200 g/s is achievable when connected to molds.
