We conduct technology demonstrations under real operating conditions using production equipment, including combinations of multiple processing technologies. This gives you planning security before you decide to invest capital. We test new and alternative raw materials under conditions that closely replicate serial production, allowing you to validate material properties and process stability without disrupting ongoing manufacturing. Production quality issues that cannot be isolated on the factory floor can be analyzed in our laboratory at process level.

For more complex projects, we establish real development partnerships by bringing together raw material suppliers, tooling manufacturers, and other specialists to support your project all the way to series production. We also offer the production of limited special editions and hands-on training using real production equipment.

Whether your project involves material substitution, sample production, ESG-compliant formulation development, component optimization, or partnerships for the development of new applications, we support you from the concept through to series production.

From Concept to Series Production in Five Steps

We follow a structured process for each project – from the initial assessment through to final implementation. Confidentiality and the protection of intellectual property are a matter of course throughout.

    Requirements Analysis

    Together, we define and evaluate your specific requirements and assess technical feasibility. Typical tasks include: material substitution, development of mono-material products, innovative component concepts.

    Process and Material Development

    Based on the initial analysis, we optimize processes, select the appropriate materials, and define the necessary equipment and process requirements.

    Integration and Partnerships

    By strategically involving specialized partners, such as tooling manufacturers and raw material suppliers, we maximize the relevant expertise available. Kickoff meetings establish a shared understanding of both material and process requirements from the outset.

    Validation and Prototyping

    Using a variety of technical processes, we manufacture prototype components and, together with selected partners, perform targeted testing to verify production readiness and compliance with all specifications.

    Production Integration

    Through continuous process refinement, we ensure seamless integration into series manufacturing. Production equipment is customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements and prepared for operational use. The completed system is delivered with comprehensive operator training and ongoing support throughout the startup phase.
