With the next-generation MK2 series, we have completely redesigned our portfolio – delivering greater efficiency, shorter delivery times, and lower operating costs.
The ECOPLUS MK2, HIGHLINE MK2, and TOPLINE MK2 share the same platform strategy with a standardized parts concept. The total number of components has been reduced by 38%, and by 45% for core components. This lowers costs, simplifies spare parts management, and enables delivery times that are unmatched in this class. In addition, the MK2 generation offers numerous other benefits:
Building on the MK2 platforms, Hennecke PUR Solutions is progressively integrating specialized machine variants into its proven standard platforms. Customers benefit from application-specific solutions that combine the reliability, digital capabilities, and cost advantages of standardized MK2 components, without compromising on their individual production requirements.
The economical entry point into high-pressure technology. The ECOPLUS MK2 is designed for manual foaming processes without complex automation interfaces. With a footprint of just 3.36 m² and standardized 100-liter day tanks, it can be integrated into even the most compact production environments. Despite its attractive entry-level price, it includes all the highlights of the MK2 series, including Blue Intelligence, FOAMATIC, and HX pump technology.
The multifunctional all-arounder for both manual and automated production. The HIGHLINE MK2 processes virtually all common raw material systems and blowing agents, including HFOs, and can be equipped with up to two MT-A or MXL mixheads. It comes with 250-liter tanks as standard and is also available with 60-liter or 500-liter tank configurations.
The flagship solution for the most demanding highly automated special applications. The TOPLINE MK2 comes with the TS5evo temperature control unit as standard, ensuring precise and consistent raw material temperatures even under the most challenging operating conditions. It can accommodate up to ten mixheads and covers more than 80% of common PUR applications with just its standard configuration. Tank capacities range from 60 to 1,000 liters.
Designed for maximum precision with even the smallest metering rates. The MICRO SERIES specializes in output performance from 2.5 g/s to 155 g/s per component, making it the ideal solution for casting and bonding applications such as the precise joining of battery cells in electric vehicle manufacturing.
Developed for automated high-volume production of rigid foam technical insulation products, particularly for commercial refrigeration equipment and boiler manufacturing. Features include 500-liter day tanks, a compact one-frame design with a footprint of only 8.7 m², and the ability to operate two mixheads simultaneously. The system is fully designed for the safe processing of pentane.
Designed for highly automated multi-component applications with extremely high shot frequencies, particularly in automotive seat manufacturing. The MF SERIES is scalable for all four- and six-component configurations. Short, straight piping improves temperature control, metering accuracy, and service accessibility.
Built for very high output performance of up to 2,500 g/s per component and the production of large-volume parts, primarily in rigid foam applications. Both the pump table and tank station are significantly larger than those of standard models, ensuring reliable high-performance operation in serial production. A pentane-compatible version is also available.
