Polyurethane molded foam is not just the material used in millions of vehicle seats, headrests, and interior components, but also delivers impressive comfort and tactile performance across many other applications. We make fully automated production of these components possible – economically, reliably, and at any scale.
Our systems continuously transport mold carriers through every stage of the production process. High-pressure metering systems process up to six polyurethane components, including those required for complex products such as dual-hardness applications.

The WKH series is designed for medium to very high production volumes in continuous operation. Each workstation is dedicated to a specific process step, while production capacity can be expanded by extending the system. The automatic loading and unloading of mold carriers allow for rapid product changeovers without interrupting production. Typical applications include: car seats and backrests with dual-hardness construction, headrests, truck beds, office furniture, acoustic components.

The RTN and RTH series utilize a carousel-style layout with a circular production configuration designed for medium to high production volumes. Dedicated workstations repeat identical process steps with exceptional precision, while the circular layout makes efficient use of space in the production facility. Typical applications include: seat cushions, armrests, center consoles, airbag covers, sun visors, gel and viscoelastic cushions, and specialized applications such as prosthetics.
