IBC STATION
The IBC STATION safely and efficiently integrates intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) into polyurethane production. Its modular design allows containers to be loaded using a forklift or pallet truck and enables easy integration into existing production systems. At the heart of the system is the patented FLOATJET stirrer, with a large diameter and specialized geometry to ensure complete, bubble-free homogenization – even in the last remaining material in the container.

DRUM STATION
The DRUM STATION provides reliable and process-safe handling of raw materials supplied in drums. It transfers chemicals into the production system while simultaneously conditioning the raw materials directly inside the drum. This ensures that materials are always available in the required quality and under optimal processing conditions. The station can be flexibly integrated into existing PUR production lines as a replenishment solution.
