Stationary support molds with precise temperature control ensure reproducible insulation quality. The modular concept scales from small operations to large industrial plants. Typical configurations include five or ten support molds, though larger systems and higher capacities are also available.

Fully automated model changeover systems enable uninterrupted mold switching within the cycle time.
