PANELFOAMER
A flexible system concept consisting of a metering unit and a press for discontinuous sandwich element production. It can be configured in either high- or low-pressure setups to suit the application. Heated steel plates with integrated hot-water circuits ensure uniform temperature distribution, reduced curing times, and optimal insulation properties.
The cross-traverse mixhead system allows seamless foaming, even of large-format panels. Custom configurations are available for rigid and flexible facings, as well as specific fastening and profile geometries.
