Ultra-compact and highly flexible
JFLEX EVO
The JFLEX EVO enables true continuous production even in confined spaces, with a total length of approx. 12 meters and a footprint of just 54 m². The foam width can be adjusted continuously from 1,550 to 2,300 mm. Output performance: up to 120 kg/min.
The economical entry point into industrial comfort foam production
SMARTFLEX EVO
The SMARTFLEX EVO bridges the gap between medium-scale production and full industrial mass production. There is no need for a traditional gantry, which reduces the overall height, while the modular design makes short delivery times and fast commissioning possible. The indirect liquid laydown process with MIXGUIDE backflow prevention ensures minimal scrap during formulation changes. Output performance: up to 350 kg/min.
MULTIFLEX
The MULTIFLEX impresses with its excellent price–performance ratio in cost-efficient serial production of standard and specialty polyether foams, as well as simpler technical polyester foams. The height-adjustable mixer with direct liquid laydown discharge significantly reduces void formation and minimizes cleaning effort during formulation changes compared to conventional trough systems. Output performance: up to 400 kg/min. for standard polyether.
The flagship system for technical foams and very high volume production
QFM
The QFM not only processes polyether foams, but also demanding polyester foams with maximum precision. An extended segment-stretching profile and actively tilting side walls to compensate for cold-flow effects make the QFM the preferred choice for technologically advanced producers. Output performance: up to 600 kg/min.
The most versatile large-scale system
UBT
The UBT series covers the widest range of properties in the portfolio, with raw densities from 13 to over 100 kg/m³. Its ultra-modular design makes highly customized configurations possible, including a dual-gantry solution with two oscillating mixers for switching between ether and ester foams without setup time, as well as in-line melamine metering for flame-retardant CMHR and CME foams. Output performance: up to 500 kg/min.
