We offer laboratory slabstock systems that deliver production-representative results for foam manufacturers and raw material producers who want to develop new formulations under real production conditions with minimal raw material consumption – and without interrupting ongoing production.

Maximum Raw Material Variability

Hennecke laboratory systems replicate the metering section and mixhead of a continuous production line in a scaled-down format. Each metering line is individually designed for a customer- or application-specific range of raw materials. This makes it possible to test a wide range of experimental series independently of each other and without system modifications. Highly precise high-pressure metering pumps and a dynamic stirrer mixer ensure that results closely match real production conditions. Control is handled via FOAMWARE, the same software used in our continuous production systems.

The processable foam range includes everything from hypersoft, high-load-bearing, high-resilience, viscoelastic, and polyester foams to CMHR and CME foams.

Optional NOVAFLEX integration enables CO₂-blown foam development. Test runs require an average of just 5 kg of material, with a footprint of under 10 m².
