FOAMWARE is our modular control platform designed for use in complex production processes with high data volumes. The software is a completely new development, built on the basis of decades of application experience. It makes precise real-time control and analysis of industrial manufacturing processes possible and is currently used in two variants: for slabstock foam and molded foam applications.
FOAMWARE is continuously enhanced and expanded with new functionalities, such as predictive maintenance, through regular software releases. In addition, FOAMWARE is available as a retrofit solution: in this way, users of older systems benefit from increased process reliability and efficiency, as well as raw material savings.

FOAMWARE at a Glance
FOAMWARE provides standard features such as flow charts, process charts, and a calibration manager for maximum process transparency. The software immediately detects deviations during operation and documents all relevant parameters.
FOAMWARE
A flexible plug-in concept enables customized extensions, such as Hennecke Process Analysis (HPA) and a web service module for mobile monitoring. The optional third-party interface allows bidirectional connectivity with ERP, MES, or other electronic data processing systems, ensuring seamless integration into your digital production architecture. The hardware consists of a high-performance industrial PC with a 32-inch UHD monitor, ergonomic control panel, uninterruptible power supply, and remote access router for online support.
FOAMWARE Slabstock
FOAMWARE Slabstock is tailored to the specific requirements of continuous slabstock foam production. This platform makes uniform material distribution, reproducible foam heights, and reduced scrap rates possible. Additional features such as Magic Eye or precise control when using AUTO-FLAT or RISE PROFILE MEASUREMENT ensure consistent production quality even under varying raw material or environmental conditions.
FOAMWARE Molded Foam
FOAMWARE Molded Foam is specifically designed for highly automated molded foam lines. This platform supports rotary table and oval conveyor systems with variable mold loading, integrated robot interfaces, and automated output tracking. Targeted process control reduces raw material consumption and prevents overproduction.
