The Industry Standard NOVAFLEX® Makes It Possible
Since its introduction in 1995, the patented NOVAFLEX® technology from Hennecke PUR Solutions has established itself as an industry standard in continuous slabstock foam production. Over 100 NOVAFLEX® systems are now in operation worldwide. This technology replaces conventional blowing agents such as environmentally harmful – and in some regions already prohibited – methylene chloride, with CO₂.
At the same time, it enables both targeted adjustment of foam properties and the development of entirely new foam types. In addition to its environmental advantages, NOVAFLEX® also delivers highly reliable and stable production and a significant reduction in production costs.

NOVAFLEX® can be retrofitted into MULTIFLEX, SMARTFLEX, UBT, and QFM systems, as well as into continuous slabstock systems from other manufacturers, including systems using low-pressure technology.

How NOVAFLEX® Works
NOVAFLEX® supports precise metering of CO₂ into the reactive mixture in continuous slabstock foam production. In combination with the NOVAFLEX® Creamer, this ensures a homogeneous, cream-like, and bubble-free discharge of the mixture. The result is slabstock foam with virtually no voids or pinholes and an excellent distribution of hardness and density across the entire foam block.
The modular design of the Creamer allows for rapid adaptation to changing production parameters and different foam formulations. Switching from conventional to CO₂-blown production typically takes only a few minutes.
