Modular control solution for industrial manufacturing processes
FOAMWARE is Hennecke’s modular control platform for use in complex production processes with high data volumes. The software was completely redeveloped based on decades of application experience. It replaces earlier systems such as PURTRONIC or PDE and is designed for maximum performance, flexibility, and integration.
The platform supports precise real-time control and analysis of industrial manufacturing processes. It is currently used in two variants – for slabstock and molded foam applications – and forms the technological basis for additional future application fields. Through regular software releases, FOAMWARE is continuously developed and expanded with new functions, for example for implementing predictive maintenance.
