Organizational Changes

Following the acquisition by the Brückner Group, Hennecke is organized within the group of companies as an independent business unit named “Hennecke PUR Solutions.” The lead company of this business unit is Hennecke GmbH, which is responsible for strategic and operational control, business processes, and the achievement of defined targets.

Against this organizational background, personnel changes are now taking place. Yves Souguenet, most recently CFO of the Hennecke GROUP, and Svend Weidemann, President of the former Business Unit Germany, left the company at their own request effective April 30, 2026.

In the future, the management of Hennecke GmbH will consist of three Managing Directors. As CEO, Thomas Wildt is responsible for Strategy, R&D, Operations, Project Management, HR, and the Hennecke Business System. On an interim basis, he currently also assumes responsibility as CFO for Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, and IT until this position is permanently filled. Rolf Trippler continues to be responsible as CSO for Sales, Service, and the Sales & Service Units (SSU).

Hennecke would like to thank Yves Souguenet and Svend Weidemann for their contribution to the development of the company and wishes them all the best for their future professional and personal endeavors.
