Unpredictable update cycles, spontaneous service interventions, or individually commissioned measures are a thing of the past with Complete Care. Everything is transparently defined – both in scope and cost.

- Priority technical support: Included hourly support quota providing direct access to Hennecke experts for malfunctions, operational questions, or optimization requests.
- Practical online training: Training sessions precisely tailored to the individual customer configuration and deliverable flexibly from anywhere.
- Scheduled hardware refresh: Depending on contract duration, regular replacement of key system components. For example, complete hardware replacement after five years to ensure state-of-the-art technology.
