When the doors to FOAM EXPO North America open from 24th to 26th June 2025 in Novi, Michigan, the Hennecke GROUP will be represented by an extensive technology portfolio. Tank farms in focus – intelligent raw material logistics for more efficiency and security
At the center of this year's exhibition presentation are intelligent systems for storing and processing raw materials. As a Center of Excellence within the Hennecke GROUP for the area of "Chemical Storage & Blending Systems", the Hennecke North America Business Unit offers modular system solutions for the reliable, efficient and cost-saving storage, processing and metering of chemicals. The systems are characterized by high process stability, eco-friendliness and user orientation and thus offer decisive added quality in a time of volatile raw material markets and stringent environmental regulations. "Tank storage systems are one of the central fields in the North American market for us," explains Lutz Heidrich, President of Hennecke's North America Business Unit. "As a specialist in this segment, we offer our customers not only the highest level of process stability, but also clear advantages in terms of raw material logistics and, in particular, customized solutions for their individual requirements."
Next generation metering machines: Flexibility, efficiency and digitalization
Another focal point at the FOAM EXPO is the new generation of highpressure, single-dose metering machines from Hennecke. The TOPLINE MK2, HIGHLINE MK2 and ECOPLUS MK2 series cover a wide spectrum of applications, from highly automated special solutions to efficient standard processes. All machines of the new generation are equipped with "Blue Intelligence" technology as standard and impress with resource-efficient components, energy-optimized control systems and their modular platform design. The selection and ordering processes have also been optimized. "Our digital B2B platform with an integrated configurator enables the fast, convenient and transparent selection of optimal machine configurations," explains Heidrich.
Innovative retrofitting solutions for long-term partnerships
Hennecke sees itself not only as a machine supplier, but also a long-term partner. In addition to classic services, the US branch offers comprehensive retrofitting and modernization solutions. These include, for example, the innovative MT-A mixhead or the HX pump, specially developed for processing demanding PU systems. The latest control solutions, such as FOAMWARE and FOAMATIC, also help to make existing production lines more efficient, more reliable and more sustainable.
Automation is paving the way for the future
Another important part of the attendance at the exhibition is the field of automation. Hennecke will show how production processes can be made more efficient and ergonomic by the targeted integration of robotics and automation technology.
