For the first time, Hennecke PUR Solutions will be exhibiting at interpack, the world’s leading trade fair for packaging machinery, packaging materials, and processing solutions. From May 7 to May 13, 2026, the company will present its portfolio of slabstock foam production lines for the packaging sector at the Brückner Group joint booth (Hall 8a, Booth C57) in Düsseldorf.
„Polyurethane is the high-performance material for protective and compound applications in the packaging industry.“

Polyurethane as a high-performance material for the packaging industry
Slabstock foams produced on Hennecke systems are used in a wide range of packaging applications. As protective and compound solutions, they reliably safeguard sensitive and high-value goods such as electronic components, printed circuit boards, camera lenses, and sensors against damage. Special display foams, which can also be produced in customized colors, are additionally used for high-quality product presentation — for example in perfume packaging.
Hennecke’s systems technology portfolio for packaging applications
Hennecke PUR Solutions’ portfolio includes four continuous production lines for slabstock foam that are perfectly suited to specific packaging applications. Visitors to the booth can obtain comprehensive information on all line series. The SMARTFLEX evo, with its modular, space-saving design, offers a cost-effective entry into industrial high-volume production of flexible foams, which are used, among other things, as cushioning inserts in protective packaging. The JFLEX evo is an ultra-compact system for small to medium production volumes; its standard FLAT-TOP system ensures uniformly shaped foam blocks, enabling precise cutting of packaging components. The MULTIFLEX stands for maximum productivity and is expressly suitable not only for flexible foams but also for demanding technical foams. The QFM line is likewise designed for the continuous production of high-quality polyether and polyester foams and is also recommended for technical foam applications, such as those required for the secure encapsulation of sensitive electronics or sensors.
NOVAFLEX: Special foams with particularly low bulk density
For the production of specialty foams, the NOVAFLEX process is available as an add-on for the MULTIFLEX and QFM production lines. NOVAFLEX enables the manufacture of foams with particularly low bulk density. This significantly reduces transport and shipping weights, making these foams an ideal solution for packaging elements that are not subject to high mechanical loads.
The experts from Hennecke PUR Solutions look forward to personal discussions at the Brückner Group booth (Hall 8a, Booth C57).
